Thanks for this site. I just started birdwatching with my two young sons and we were able to identify the dark-eyed junco via this site. Very exciting!

So enjoyed your photos, feed info, all the tips. So many are native to Long Island, where I grew up. We always fed and enjoyed watching the birds. I could fill in Owl spots from here in Vermont!!! I will enjoy continuing to check your site. Thanks Lisa for telling me!

Hi Jack (is this English ? or something to do with kidnapping)I visited your site. Looks very nice and ofcourse I visited your forum. You did a great job with that.
Keep on spotting that birds and explain me (whenever you like) later what Absint-minded means. I have no idea.

Kind regards from The Netherlands !!

We saw some great birds! At Sachuest point we saw brant, black duck, ring billed and herring gull, great cormorant, a flock of purple sandpiper and 4 harlequin duck. Then we visited trustom pond. We saw a gray catbird, a brown thrasher, and an ovenbird. Out on the pond, we saw 3 Mute swan, at least 15 double crested cormorant, a common loon, about 20 lesser scaup, a great blue heron, 10 ruddy ducks and about 8 red brested merganser.

Overall, a great time!
